Anyone who thinks sitting in church can make you a Christian, sitting in mosque can make you Muslim, or sitting in synagogue can make you Jewish, or sitting in Vihara can make you Buddhist, must also think that sitting in a garage can make you a car. ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – Kurdish leaders have paid tribute to former South African President Nelson Mandela, likening his struggle to that of the Kurdish people for freedom and justice.
I am too sad. I just heard my one of great guitar player friend just passed away :( R.I.P Rudy jan. I feel lucky to know you. I had many performances with you :( It was too soon, you left us alone :((
Damn sinus pressure, nasal congestion and headache!! Even when you take medicines before to prevent getting sick, you still do! I hope I will be fine for 3 more days :(

Enjoy watching one of my concert video had in Belgium.

I have a growing agitation for when people use cause in the place of because. If you're going to try to be grammatically correct with your written slang, I feel like it would only be appropriate to take the extra effort to add the apostrophe in front of the word you're attempting to use. Otherwise your sentence makes no sense. Cause and 'cause have two completely different meanings. You do not look any more intelligent using "cause" instead of "cuz" as a subordinating conjunction.
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Nelson Mandela. He was right and he did it with education.

organizing and re-writing messy warm ups :)
I just had my last concert in the fall semester. I'm glad, it is done. I won't practice for two weeks :)))

Why Mandela was my hero. Read the article please.

On 14 May 1992, Nelson Mandela, leader of the African National Congress, was subjected to harsh criticism and utterances verging on libel, due to the position he took in declining to accept  a peace prize, named after Turkey's national hero, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, awarded to him by the state of Turkey.
According to Mandela's spokesperson at the time, Mandela assumed this stance due to the human rights violations committed by Turkey against the Kurdish minority living in Turkey, especially with regard to Kurdish aspirations toward a independent Kurdish homeland. Mandela however later relented and in 1999, he accepted the award. The situation of the Kurdish people in Turkey however remains virtually unchanged, as recent developments such as the toppling of the Saddam regime and the invasion of Afghanistan has further destabilised the situation. It remains to be seen if the support given by the largely Kurdish Northern Alliance to the American led invasion of Iraq improves their situation. The 'Ataturk Peace Award', which has been awarded since 1984, was awarded to Nelson Mandela in 1992 for being anti-racist and a hero. When he refused the award because of the oppression of the Kurds, he was called 'an insolent African', 'an ugly African', 'a nigger' and 'the terrorist Mandela'.
Thank you Mr. Mandela for everything you have done for humankind! You made enemies believe they could live together for the better. RIP
Nelson Mandela passed away :( He was one of my hero :(

It is really hard to explain this right now.I started watching one of the greatest movie enfranchises in history with this guy name Brian O'Connor aka PAUL WALKER.This movie enfranchise is truly my favorite movie of all time.I literally enjoyed watching one of the best movie actors. When I saw the news online,I truly burst in tears.I still cannot believe he is gone at the age of 40.I am saddened and broken inside. My prayers go for his fast and furious family and his real family.

As much as it hurts to say it,

May your soul Rest In Peace Paul Walker.

I have concerned about Syrian civil war since it has started. The radical Muslim terrorists are attacking on Kurdish, Arabic Shea and non-Muslims villages. I know I should focus on my finals but I can't ignore that, because who lives there also from my blood.

Why some people should not travel!
The following is actual story provided by a retiring Washington, D.C. travel agent of 30+ years:
An Illinois Congresswoman called the travel agency, she needed to know how it was possible that her flight from Detroit left at 8:20am and got into Chicago at 8:33am. Agent tried to explain that Michigan was an hour ahead of Illinois, but she could not understand the concept of time zones. Finally, agent told her the plane went very fast, and she bought that!

Why some people should not travel!

The following is actual story provided by a retiring Washington, D.C. travel agent of 30+ years:
A woman called to make reservations, "I want to go from Chicago to Hippopotamus, New York"
The agent was at a loss for words. Finally, the agent said, "Are you sure that's the name of the town?"
"Yes, what flights do you have?" replied the customer.
After some searching, the agent came back with, "I'm sorry, ma'am, I've looked up every airport code in the country and can't find a Hippopotamus anywhere."
The customer retorted, "Oh don't be silly. Everyone knows where it is. Check your map!"
The agent scoured a map of the state of New York and finally offered, "You don't mean Buffalo, do you?"
"That's it! I knew it was a big animal!"

Great Pasific Garbage Patch

I have watched and read a lot of documentaries and articles about air and environment pollution. I think the Great Pacific Garbage Patch was the worst one I have watched on the Youtube in my life. Too bad we are destroying our world with garbage :( I have been European countries, especially in Germany. They do not use plastic bags generally. They have three categories trash cans on the streets and houses. They use these cans  as plastics, papers, and others garbage for recycling. I hope the United States will start same practice as soon as possible.

Reading some people's statuses, makes me wonder if Darwin's theory of evolution skipped a few individuals in the process.

True inspirational

I happen to be watching X Factor and I must say that I love what this girl said: "The biggest thing u will find out about me is that, I am absolutely no stranger to hard work. Hard work beats a cutesy image, hard work makes no excuses, hard works shows up every day, hard work might fall down, but hard work gets up. And hard work gets a seat!!"-Lorie Moore. If you watch the show you know what this is about. This woman not only wanted a seat, but demands it. Good for her! And plus I would not pick a fight with her cause she use to be a professional football player!

Sodium lauryl sulfate

When I buy any product, I always look at the list of ingredients. Similar products such as: toothpaste, shampoo, and cologne have similar formulas. I always tend to by the ones that have more natural ingredients. My experience with natural products have been much more pleasant. I rarely get skin irritations and/or allergies with these products. My research indicates products that have man made chemicals such as sodium laurel sulfate in many hygienic products have been known as cancer causing. I am also used to using more natural hygienic products because I grew up this way in my country. Natural/organic products are so common in other countries. Here in America they can be expensive. I recommend that people always do research before they put anything on their bodies and read the ingredients list.
